Instead of dealing with their insurance we chose to have our State Farm handle our claim for us because we know our agent and trust everyone in the State Farm office in Humboldt, TN. The handled everything effectively and efficiently getting a claim in place so we could take it to the body shop. Unfortunately our truck was totaled but the people in claims handled everything for us and we were out looking for another vehicle in 3 days. We are both in our 70's and have worked with other insurance companies but State Farm is by far the best both with their help, concern, and the personality of the people you deal with.
