"I do not recommend using these people. They are a rip off. They sent a letter saying replace missing shingles, then claim filed for hail damage and now they saying there was not enough hail to damage roof which it hailed 6 time since Aug of 2024. Then they give me a sad story . Why be insured with a company that will not pay you for what you pay for. They say entire roof need to be replaced but only wanted to give a check for less than 1500.00 to replace 3 shingles but they want entire roof done so they canceling my policy. When people go crazy due to scammers, I understand why. Don't use Humboldt state farms. To me they are taking bur money."
